We have developed a tube pump that is optimal for high-viscosity slurry solutions. ■ Powerful suction force of -101KPa (760mmHg) Self-priming lift is possible up to a water column of 9.5m ■ Overwhelming pumping capacity of up to 25kg/cm² (Type: CZTG) volumetric pump ■ The pump can rotate in both forward and reverse After pumping in the forward direction, it is possible to recover residual liquid in the tube by reversing ■ Capable of self-priming and pumping even for high-viscosity (50,000 mPa·s), high-concentration fluids containing solids and fibers Solids can be up to 1/4 of the tube diameter ■ If the fluid has flowability, most fluids can be self-primed and pumped ■ No issues with dry running; air-water operation is possible ■ The tube is made of NR/NBR, which excels in acid resistance and abrasion resistance (NBR is particularly excellent in oil resistance) ■ The flowing liquid does not come into contact with anything other than the tube (non-seal, valve-less structure), so there is no worry about liquid leakage ■ Easy cleaning of the pump tube The piping can be quickly cleaned with a sponge.
